Dr. Klapowitz is friendly, always pleasant, and always focused on my health and whatever my concerns are, and he listens to what I'm saying and always takes me seriously. He keeps great records that are always at his fingertips, so there's never a question about whether has has the correct and current information on my tests, bloodwork, etc. His staff is courteous and professional, and there's never a wait for my appointments.
