The portal is for established Internal Medicine patients of our practice.

Through our portal, you may:

• ACCESS LABWORK after it has been reviewed. (To view Dr. Klapowitz’s labwork comments, please click on “Documents” at the top of the screen, then click “Provider comments.”)
• VIEW NEW RADIOLOGY REPORTS.
• Use the portal to SECURELY MESSAGE our staff.
• CHANGE your pharmacy, insurance, and personal information.

Portal access will only be granted if the information we have at our office (your name and contact information) is identical what you enter at your initial logon.
